At LegacyLex, we operate at the intersection of mathematical logic and ethical accountability. Our stewardship of your data reflects the same rigor we apply to algorithmic bias mitigation.
LegacyLex collects only the data necessary to perform technical bias audits and regulatory alignment strategies. This includes organizational metadata, anonymized training data schemas, and professional contact identifiers. We do not ingest personally identifiable information (PII) of end-users unless explicitly required for a forensic validation step, in which case all data is handled within an encrypted, temporary environment.
Our analysis is directed toward identifying systemic disparate impact within automated decision systems. Your data is used exclusively to calibrate mitigation strategies and generate audit reports. We maintain a strict policy of systemic neutrality; your organizational data is never utilized to train third-party models or recycled for non-contractual purposes.
The Trust Boundary
We maintain a clinical separation between diagnostic data and commercial exploitation. LegacyLex does not sell, lease, or trade organizational data to any third-party entities.

- • Right to rectification of inaccurate metadata.
- • Right to object to automated processing beyond the scope of a specific audit.
- • Right to data portability for organizational metrics.
We rotate our internal storage pools on a 24-month cycle. Diagnostic datasets provided for audit purposes are purged within 90 days following the completion of the algorithmic mitigation report, unless otherwise mandated by a specific oversight body.
All mitigation strategies are cross-referenced with currently active Canadian privacy and human rights guidelines. We provide actionable risk-reduction paths and full transparency regarding the statistical metrics used to define fairness in each engagement.
